Dr. Bruce Weiner

Dr. Bruce Weiner has practiced dentistry since 1981.  With an unsurpassed commitment to patient care and comfort, Dr. Weiner established The SmilePlace in 1988.  Dr. Weiner is a graduate of the University of Buffalo School of Dental medicine and has received hundreds of hours of advanced training in Prosthetics and Restorative Dentistry.  Dr. Weiner passed on his knowledge and expertise to students as a member of the teaching staff of St. Luke’s/Roosevelt Hospital in New York City.  He is also a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.   Dr. Weiner focuses on cosmetic and restorative dentistry.  Services include full mouth restorations using implants, crowns and bridgework as well as implant retained prostheses.  Dr. Weiner works very closely with our on-staff oral surgeon to make sure each implant is placed precisely.  He is dedicated to the newest advancements in cosmetic and restorative dentistry and keeps up-to-date with the latest technologies. Dr Weiner is an active member of his community and volunteers his time with numerous charitable organizations and events.  When Dr. Weiner is not restoring smiles, he enjoys spending  time with his family, golfing and deep water diving.


Dr. David Rothstein

Dr. David Rothstein is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine, with a focus on restorative dentistry and endodontics. He also completed a one year residency in Nassau County Medical Center.  Dr. Rothstein joined as a partner with The SmilePlace family in 2003.  He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.  He also pursued advanced training in endodontics, and provides our SmilePlace patients with the most advanced, painless procedures.  Dr. Rothstein maintains a commitment to excellence in oral health care and his patients cosmetic dental needs.  He attends advanced continuing education courses to ensure he stays on top of his field in implantology, Cosmetic and General Dentistry, so that he can provide the highest level of care for his patients.  When Dr. Rothstein is not at the Smileplace he enjoys spending time with his family and golfing.


Dr. Gil Perrone

Dr. Perrone is board certified by the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial surgeons and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology. Dr. Perrone is involved in many dental and oral surgery organizations at the local, state and national levels. Dr. Perrone is certified in surgical placement of osseous integrated implants, Advance Cardiac Life Support, Basic Life Support and exceeds continuing education requirements on an annual basis. Dr. Perrone is a highly trained Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon and Anesthesiologist, with advanced training in the diagnosis and treatment of oral and maxillofacial problems.  He is qualified to assist you with treatments ranging from the removal of wisdom teeth, placement of dental implants, to the treatment of dental and skeletal deformities.  Dr. Perrone’s high level of training and expertise make him among the most qualified of surgeons to perform oral and maxillofacial procedures.  Dr. Perrone completed his internship and residency in oral surgery at St. Luke’s Hospital Center in New York.  From 1977 to present and has been working at his private practice at the West Side Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates located in New York City.   Dr. Perrone not only participates in private practice, he has given a variety of dental presentations to fellow dental practioners.  Dr. Perrone joined The SmilePlace team in 2003. Dr. Perrone’s first consultations with SmilePlace patients are spent listening to understand your concerns and responding with the best treatment options.  We are happy to have Dr. Perrone on our team with his advanced training in the surgical placement of implants.    When Dr. Perrone is not hard at work he enjoys scuba diving and running in various marathons.


Dr. Kellie Schlosser

Dr. Kellie Schlosser graduated with honors from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine.  There she received the William L. Tucker Scholarship for academic excellence.  Dr. Schlosser then completed an externship at the Children’s Hospital of Buffalo focusing on Pediatric Dentistry and went on to advanced education in a general dentistry residency program at Hudson Valley Veterans Hospital. Dr. Schlosser is a Member of the ADA and has completed 100 hours of continuing educations courses.  She has participated in numerous community outreach programs and spends time in area schools during dental health month.  The SmilePlace team is very happy to have Dr. Schlosser to our dental practice she brings with her a special ability to comfort children.  Dr. Schlosser resides in Cornwall with her husband and children.  She enjoys hiking, diving and spending time with her family.


Dr. Loni Musi

Dr. Loni Musi is excited to join The Smile Place team, after having spent the last two years piloting a mobile comprehensive dental program for Harlem United throughout the New York City area. She obtained her Bachelors of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in 2004. In 2008, Dr. Musi graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo’s School of Dental Medicine, obtaining her Doctorate of Dental Surgery, with a minor in Oral Diagnostic Sciences. In 2009, she completed her General Practice Residency at Staten Island University Hospital in the Dental Department’s Postgraduate Program.

Dr. Musi worked in private practice in Staten Island, NY during her first year out of residency. She then moved to Connecticut to work in public health, where she became a member of the National Health Service Corps. She worked in a corporate practice tailored towards treating only children and minors for over a year. Then, Dr. Musi spent a year working at a non-profit organization, serving underserved patients of all ages in rural Connecticut on a mobile dental unit. She has experience practicing dentistry in a variety of sectors. She has been on the clinical faculty at Columbia University’s College of Dental Medicine’s Advanced Education in General Dentistry Program, as well as Lutheran Medical Center’s Advanced Education in General Dentistry Program. She has further prior experience overseeing students and residents from the dental school at the University of Connecticut. Dr. Musi is an American Dental Association member, and she mentors dental students through the New York State Dental Association. She is dedicated to continually growing as a practitioner through an abundance of CE courses and workshops, and she seeks to provide the highest standard of care for each and every patient. Her commitment to excellence as well as her emphasis on ensuring a pleasant experience is a delight for patients.

Dr. Musi is a native of Staten Island, NY, but she recently relocated to Goshen with her husband. When she isn’t working or spending time with her family, she enjoys practicing yoga, running, and reading.


Dr. David Teitelbaum

Dr. David Teitelbaum is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. He previously earned his Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY Binghamton graduating cum laude. Following dental school, Dr. Teitelbaum went on to complete a General Practice Residency (GPR) at Lehigh Valley Health Network in Allentown, Pa. During residency Dr. Teitelbaum received additional training in all fields of dentistry.

Dr. Teitelbaum maintains an active license in New York and is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA). He is an avid learner that regularly attends continuing education to further his knowledge in dentistry. He strives to make all his patients feel comfortable and at ease while under his care. Furthermore, he tries to thoroughly explain all care so patients understand the treatment they are receiving and how to improve their oral health. Some of his clinical interests include fixed and removable prosthodontics, implant dentistry, and CAD/CAM (computer aided design/manufacturing) dentistry.

When not practicing dentistry Dr. Teitelbaum enjoys traveling, is an avid sports fan, and spending time with his family and friends.
